General information
Dom 99 is a cosy, intimate and in winter a fairytale family farmhouse. It is tucked away in the countryside and therefore offers a lot of quietness and privacy. All the rooms are decorated with original or snugly furniture. The whole house is provided with central heating.
There are two large sleeping rooms accommodating 6 adults and 1 baby or small child. There is a modern kitchen and a shared bathroom. In the back of the house there is a garage.
In the garden is a small brook, is garden furniture available and for the children a swing and a sandbox. Sports lovers can enjoy themselves with the mountain bikes, hiking, stables for horse riding and the many easy to challenging footpaths.
In winter season the house also functions as a cosy ski retreat to enjoy your favourite winter sport activities nearby in Karpacz. It is a family friendly, value-for-money holiday home with very good facilities in the wonderful Karkonosze Mountains region. This is what you have been looking for.
Sports and entertainment
Sports loving guests can use the mountain bikes; go for a horse ride at one of the many bridle paths. The many inviting hiking routes range from easy walking to challenging hikes. There is a total of 300 kilometres bicycle routes laid out in the Iser and Sudeten mountains.
In winter the house offers a cosy retreat for skiing in nearby Karpacz. After skiing there are the inviting stoves to warm you up. Whatever sports activity you are looking for, from challenging hikes in fairytale winter landscapes, tobogganing, rides with horse drawn sleighs and skiing to snowboarding, everything can be found in the vicinity and for low prices. Take a sunbath or dream away in thegarden with the murmur of the brook in the background
