Authentic luxury farmstead Pod Lipa
In Pod Lipa in Janice in Dolnośląski you stay in aparments which regularly made the frontpages of magazines like Veranda and House & Interior. The authentic farmstead is an idyllic paradise carefully and tastefully restored. The beautiful wooden floors and ceilings, the painted cupboards and the antique utensils and appliances breathe the athmosphere of former times. There are 2 apartments for 4 persons each. With single use one of the apartments can be used by 8 persons. The apartments are decorated in a luyurious and detailed way. Very luxury and exceptional bathroom with bath, shower and sauna. Private kitchen-living room combination. (Vegetarian) breakfastbasket filled with products from the private garden is possible. All in all a special experience. The apartments offer a magnificent view at Sudeten (Karkonosze) mountains. At the farmstead several small animals are kept which makes an enjoyable stay for children. The artistcouple on request organizes sculpture or paintingcourses and photographytours or- courses for groups up to 8 persons. Because of the small number of participants an intensive coaching is possible.

Near the woods in the extensive fields surrounding Pod Lipa during dawn or dusk you can spot roe or other game.
Sports loving guests can swim, canoe, sail or go for a horseride at one of the many maneges or the horses of Pod Lipa. There is a total of 300 kilometer bicycle routes laid out in the Iser and Sudeten (Karkonosze) moutains.
The many inviting hiking routes range from easy walking to challenging hikes but offer a magnificent view on the Karkonosze from any point.
In winter the house offers a cosy retreat for skiing in nearby Karpacz, Sklarska Poręba or Swieradów. After skiing there are the inviting wood-burning stoves to warm you up.
Whatever sportsactivity you are looking for, from challenging hikes in fairytale winterlandscapes, tobogganning, rides with horsedrawn sleighs and skiing to snowboarding, everything can be found in the vicinity and for cheap prices. Take a sunbath or dream away on the lovely veranda. Shopaholics can practice their favorite pastime in the nearby charming regional town Jelenia Góra. There are lots of bars, restaurants, markets, shops, hypermarkets and terraces in this tourist town.
